Likes:
-Quiet evenings in the rocky mountains watching the water of the river flow and watching the stars.
-Good Curry, especially chicken curry. Ice cold beers and sushi (weird combo I know). Most sorts of cooked fish but also raw sashimi works too. Any sort of helpless animal cooked and then skewered on a kebab with spices. He also likes bitter dark chocolate and mint flavoured things.
-To argue, about how right he is and how wrong someone else it. Or just about random things if he’s drunk.
-Puzzles, yes he actually really likes riddles and puzzles. His house has puzzles decorating his fireplace and mystery books in his book rack. A sharp body needs a sharp mind he says.
-Someone who can cook well.

Dislikes:
-Failure, or looking like he failed at something. He also isn’t very tolerant of failure in others if he asks them to do something. That includes looking weak.
-Leafy foods, he doesn’t mind vegetables and fruits. But leafy food just annoys him. Like salad or spinach.
-Being wrong, or proven wrong.
-The smell of parfume, it messes with nose and makes scenting creatures confusing and he thinks its too pungent.
-Birds, he hates the sound they make or how they flap about. But what he hates more is his itchy need to always catch them and rip them to shreds.

Personality:
-Njal is an ego-maniac at the core, he thrives on praise and worship. He has a typical god complex and walks like he knows it, talks like he knows it and acts like he knows it. He’s full of himself and sometimes too much so that it gets him into shit. But that means its easy to get him to do things if he thinks it will earn him merit, in fact that might be the only reason he does nice things is to get another notch in his belt that he did something great.
-He’s also a tormentor, he likes to make others fear him for the sake of fun. He’ll bully and push his weight around to make a point or get his way, he won’t necessarily resort to violence if he can make the other submit with more manipulative methods of greatness.
-He is very competitive… about everything, no one is safe from a challenge and he hates losing. HATES Losing. For real. Which means he hates admitting defeat or that he was wrong, also he will NEVER say he’s sorry because he believes everything he does is right.
-He has a dark laugh and an even darker sense of humour.
-He is known to be racist towards humans as he deems them weak and fragile.
-He’s not know for his ‘nice’ moments, but he does have them. Tho they might be strange and awkward they are sincere, he has a hard time showing this sincerity to be kind and will usually grunt or growl during the process.

History:
-Njal was bred to be a fighter, his parents were paired together in hopes of producing a strong child. His parents didn’t raise him, he was raised by the hybrid breeder and trainer. He was perfectly fine at birth, because children with defects were killed and throw away for other beasts to eat. They are bred as fighters, and should show no weakness… but as Njal grew up he developed blindness in his left eye.
-Young beast children were dying off in training and in battles, their numbers dwindling between the breeders and the clan. Thus Njal’s life was spared along with his developing loss of sight, but he just had to work harder to impress his peers and the like. To prove he was worthy of being kept alive.
-Growing up Njal mostly grew up with competitors, proving who was the strongest and most of them male. So Njal’s exposure to females is only recent but that doesn’t mean he’ll treat them as anything special. Unless they ‘ooh and ahh’ over his greatness.
-Njal later became employed by the state as a WarBlade, instrument of vengeance, peerless fighting machine.
